REQUIREMENT PROFILE
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Erfahrung in der Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung
- Erfahrungen im Personalmanagement sind von Vorteil, aber nicht Bedingung
- Umfangreiche Kenntnisse mit MS Office 365 und idealerweise mit DATEV
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und ein sicheres Auftreten in allen beruflichen Situationen (auch im Kundenkontakt)
- Hohe Eigenverantwortung und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
- Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
- Sicher in deutsch und englisch
